Brewing Chamomile Tea

All the ingredients are mixed well in a bowl and then poured directly on the herbs. It should be kept closed for 10 minutes to fully affect its effects. Rosemary and other ingredients are all very beneficial for health. The stem parts of the rosemary plant and daisy are not used in this mixture. After passing through the filter should be consumed by flavoring with honey.

Fennel

Fennel is especially useful in calming, stomach problems, and increasing breast milk. Fennel, combined with daisies, is even helpful for belly thawing. For the preparation of tea;

  • 3 tablespoons fennel
  • 3 tablespoons daisies flowers
